What is the Sacred Body program?

Sacred Body is an immersive 12-week program designed to help you heal your metabolism, help you lose weight and help you decrease stress so that you can be more at ease in your body and feel good in your skin again. 
You will learn easy-to-implement, evidence-based strategies and lifestyle habits to calm your nervous system, balance your hormones, heal your gut, restore your vitality and shift your metabolism transforming your health and well-being. 

Who is this program ideally meant for?

Sacred Body is for women who want to feel freedom in their body and no longer have their weight or stress levels dictate their happiness, comfort or enjoyment of life. It’s tailored for women who are willing to show up for themselves, put their needs first and commit to doing the work alongside expert coaching and guidance. 

Will I have to change around my life for this?


Absolutely. Why? Because if you truly want to transform your health and well-being that means you will have to make some changes. This isn’t a quick-fix, and I won’t sugar coat this for you — this is WORK! 
That said, it’s also one of the most rewarding things you can do for yourself and it will require that you make some changes in how you live your life, invest in yourself and prioritize YOU! You can’t expect things to change while doing what you’ve always done. Transformation requires change and I’m here to guide you through it. You can do this!


How much time will I need to put in?

The 7 learning modules are roughly 60 minutes each and you can watch/listen to these at your own pace weekly for the first 7 weeks of the program. Aside from that you will have either your 3 x 1:1 coaching sessions (for those enrolled in the Core Experience) OR 7 x 1:1 coaching sessions with me (for those enrolled in the VIP Experience). 

What if I need to reschedule a coaching session?

No problem, once you join the program, you’ll have access to your own private program dashboard where you can keep track of your progress, and book/reschedule your 1:1 coaching sessions as needed according to your schedule and availability. 

How soon will I see results?

While everyone’s journey is different, many participants notice shifts in their weight, stress levels and energy within the first few weeks. The real, lasting transformation comes over time as you consistently apply the tools and techniques you’ll learn throughout the program.
