I’m a Naturopathic Doctor and I have been supporting women to heal from the inside out for over 20 years. The work I do is truly holistic in that it treats the whole of you – mind, body and spirit.
My work combines all of my learnings from my medical training, my spiritual journey, my own personal healing, and my continuous education in mind-body medicine, metabolic health, quantum biology, neuroplasticity, and somatic therapy. I combine all of this within my own methodology called the Art of Living. It is the foundation of all the work I do.
